Our Managing Director - Jason Barry - is a veteran of the marketing and communications function.

A former semi-pro cricketer, Jason travelled the world fundraising for Save the Children (1995 - 1999), raising money through playing sports. A regular contributor to the BBC during this world-record breaking trip, Jason provided TV reports (BBC and CNN) from Israel during the Iraq / UN conflict in 1998 amongst others for national and regional radio and BBC World Service.

With 100 plus countries under his belt, Jason took up the opportunity of working as Baltic Director for Deloitte. A highlight of this tenure was as part of the winning Task Force Team that won the largest ever audit bid for Hansapank (now Swedbank).

In 2002 Jason and his newly-formed company became the fixing office for the BBC and were soon hired to organise the first ever pre-WRC rally of Estonia which has now become the largest sports event in Estonia.

Jason and his team were also responsible for most if not all BBC activities in the country (2002 - 2007) including the Eurovision Song Contest, BBC's pre-production of the TV documentary 'The Secret Life of Arthur Ransome' and multiple filming and broadcasting for BBC, RTL, and France 24.

Before leaving Estonia, Jason and his team ran events and marketing campaigns for companies such as Scanforest, Wella Hair care (Germany), and the British Estonian Chamber of Commerce.

Since that time Jason's career has included further directorial roles at:

- Starwood International Hotels (now Marriott)

- Luxury Collection (Indian Ocean) 

- Le Meridien (Indian Ocean)

- St Regis (Mauritius)

- Sheraton by Four Points

- Starmaker - Olde Hanse - (Consultant Director)

- Elewana (Minor Hotels Bangkok)

Jason has now returned to the Baltic's and has successfully opened a new safari company (www.wildafrica.com) and a photography company (www.HDRAfrica.com)  whilst setting up his marketing consultancy company Blue Flower Designs. 

As well as these hospitality brands, Jason and his team have experience in manufacturing, retail, and FMCG. An Adobe design professional, videographer and an accomplished wildlife photographer (www.hdrafrica.com) Jason has worked at Board level for the last 20 years.
